Become a Member Institution
This application is for institutions that are interested in receiving CN World platform and services only.
The questionnaire below has been designed to assist potential member institutions in applying for designated free software offerings and services through the CN World program. Data collected through the questionnaire will help both the institution and the CN World Team assess the institution's needs and its readiness to implement the CourseNetworking platform and to apply it in support of student success.
The questionnaire necessarily requires both significant information and a strong interest in proceeding with the application to become a CN World Member Institution. Accordingly, approval for submission of the questionnaire by a responsible University officer should be obtained before submitting the application and formal approval of the official (president, chancellor, vice chancellor provost chief academic officer, or chief information officer) will be required.
